How we ship
Gym equipment is heavy and awkward, so freight is quoted honestly rather than buried in the product price. Everything on this site is stocked in Australia and ships from our warehouse at 83 Freemans Drive, Morisset NSW 2264.
Freight is not calculated at checkout. All delivery is quoted on enquiry, against the items you have ordered and your address. Contact us before or after placing your order and we will come back with a freight price, invoiced separately. Nothing is dispatched until you have approved that quote.
Small items
Collars, pads, gloves, grips, wrist weights, cable attachments and locking clips ship by standard courier, which is quick and costs little to send. Metro transit is usually 2 to 5 business days once dispatched, though that is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Weights and flooring
Dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and rubber tiles ship by road freight on pallets. Delivery is kerbside unless we have agreed otherwise in writing — the carrier unloads to the kerb, driveway or ground-floor entry, and moving goods inside or upstairs is your responsibility.
Tell us when you ask for a quote if the site has stairs, a lift, a steep or unsealed driveway, or restricted truck access, so we can price the right service rather than get it wrong on the day.
Racks, benches, machines and cardio
Large equipment ships palletised by road freight and is quoted per delivery based on postcode, access and whether a tailgate or two-person delivery is required. We will confirm the freight cost and an estimated delivery window before anything is dispatched.
Pick-up
Pick-up from our Morisset warehouse is free and available by appointment, and on heavy items it saves real money — freight on a power rack or a pallet of tiles can add hundreds to the price. Your order needs to be paid in full, in cleared funds, before goods are released.
Bring a vehicle suited to the size and weight of what you have bought, or let us know in advance and we will have it on a pallet ready to load. Please check the goods before you leave the premises.
Lead times
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of the freight quote being approved. Items marked as pre-order ship on the next container arrival, and the expected month is shown on the product page.
All timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our reasonable control.
Damage and shortages
Inspect your delivery before you sign for it, and note any visible damage on the carrier's consignment note. If anything arrives damaged or a carton is missing, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours so we can sort it out with the carrier. Reporting outside that window can make a transit insurance claim more difficult, but it does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
